Driving Test Helper

Refund policy

All sales are final

Driving Test Helper is digital content, unlocked on your account the moment your payment goes through, so we do not offer refunds. At checkout you agree to that immediate supply and acknowledge that it waives the 14-day cancellation right you would otherwise have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

What we can't refund

We can't refund because you changed your mind, bought by mistake, found a slot another way, passed or cancelled your test, or decided you no longer need the tool.

We also can't refund because no earlier slot turned up. The tool cannot invent cancellations; it can only find the ones that appear at the centres you chose.

So please check before you buy

Everything you need to judge it is on this site, deliberately:

  • What it does, and where it stops. It fills in the form and alerts you when a matching slot appears; it never books or pays for a test, and never solves the CAPTCHA for you.
  • You need Chrome on a computer, or an Android phone with Google Play services, plus an email address to sign in with.
  • It runs while your browser or phone is open. It is not a service that keeps searching after you close it.

Your legal rights are unaffected

Nothing above removes your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't (for example it doesn't run at all on a supported setup, or it stops working and we can't put it right in a reasonable time) you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund where neither is possible.

How to ask

Email helperdrivingtest@gmail.com from the address on your Stripe receipt and describe what happened: what you tried, what the tool did, and on which browser or phone. We aim to reply within two working days.

We'd rather fix the problem than argue about it, and a fix helps everyone else too. If we can't, and a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method via Stripe and access ends for that email address on all devices.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, the dispute policy says what happens next.
